Your Body is A Temple
Love yourself and care for your body with good foods and exercise. It’s the only body you have, and if you treat it with what it needs, it will care for you for life. It is a lack of self discipline which causes you to put off doing what you know is good for you.
Take control. The sooner you start to accept that your quality of life is a matter of organizing a schedule where you make sure that you eat regularly and properly and make time for physical activity, you will discover how you not only come to love yourself more, but that you are able to love others more fully as well. You can be an example of the best of you only if you take that responsibility.
